RRC serves the residents and business owners of the City of Mounds View by assisting Nick in the city’s Building Department. By working together on plan review and site inspections, we are able to maintain a high level of customer service while keeping expenses low.

 

Licensed inspectors from Rum River receive direction from city staff and perform residential and commercial plan review as well as site inspections on various projects as well as assist with the city Rental License program.
