Online Permitting
Rum River Consultants is pleased to announce the introduction of online permitting services for the City of Pine Springs through our platform, Baseline. This technology is available for permits that will be issued or or after May 1, 2024.
To access our user-friendly site, simply click the Baseline button below. Once selected, you will be brought to the permitting website where you can choose the option to "Apply for a Permit". A prompt will occur for you to create an account or sign in to the platform.
Once you have established a user account, conveniently track and manage all of your permits, including scheduling inspections online, by selecting the "View your Permits" option.

Permit applications and all submittals are to be provided in PDF format and sent by email to:

Set Fee Permit Applications
The following permit applications have a set fee and will be processed when received, typically within one business day. This applies to residential permits only. (Commercial permits require plan review.)
Plan Review Permit Applications
The following permit applications require plan review, in addition to the above permits if commercial in nature. Please submit all documentation required when applying for the permit to minimize review time.

Online via credit card or electronic check. For this option, click the Pay Now with MuniciPay button below. The service fee for credit cards is: 2.65% or $3.00 minimum. The service fee for electronic check payments is $1.50.

Mailing a check or money order payable to the City of Pine Springs. *Please include the address of the project and permit number.

In person with cash or check at Willernie City Hall. Office hours are 9:00-12:00 pm Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. There is a drop slot in the door for after hours.
