Rum River Consultants is pleased to announce the introduction of online permitting services for the City of Saint Paul Park through our platform, Baseline.
To access our user-friendly site, simply click the Baseline button below. Once selected, you will be brought to the permitting website where you can choose the option to "Apply for a Permit". A prompt will occur for you to create an account or sign in to the platform.
Once you have established a user account, conveniently track and manage all of your permits, including scheduling inspections online, by selecting the "View Permits" option. *Please note, this will be for permits starting January 1, 2024. Thank you!

Permit applications and all submittals are to be provided in PDF format and sent by email to:

Payments via check (payable to the City of Saint Paul Park), cash, or Money Order can be made to the City of Saint Paul Park by mailing or dropping off at City Hall.
